How do I set up the vehicle payrolled benefits?

Within Cintra iQ, you can set up the company vehicle benefits to be payrolled for each PAYE scheme in a given tax year. Ensure you have registered with HMRC with your intent to payroll those benefits that are not to be included in the P11D. For more information, see https://www.gov.uk./
 

  Note:

Ensure the desired payroll period is from April 2017 as payrolling vehicles cannot start until tax year 2017/18 onwards.

 

To set up

  1. Navigate to the  Payroll Benefits - Vehicle & Mileage window.
    Go to Cintra iQ: Menu bar> Expenses and Benefits> Expenses Setup> Payrolled Benefits> Vehicles and Mileage
  2. Navigate to the Payrolled Benefits tab.
  3. Select the desired Paye Scheme.
  4. Select the desired Tax Year. The benefit and mileage allowance options appear.
  5. Select the desired Vehicle Benefit option, Fuel Benefit option and/or Mileage Allowance.
  6. Click the Apply button.
  7. Click the OK button. You are now ready to create the Vehicle record.
