You can edit a Role Identifier for an Individual Employee.
To edit role identifiers
- Navigate to the Teachers Pension-Monthly Contribution Reconciliation window.
Go to Cintra iQ: Payroll> Payroll Tools> Payroll Reports> Teachers Pension-Monthly Contribution Reconciliation. - If there are no Role Ids, in the Employee Role Id tab, click the Generate Role Id button. A list of employee Role Id records appear.
- Open the desired employee record. The MCR Maintain Role Id form appears.
- Update the Role Id field.
- Click the OK button to save and exit to the Teachers Pension - Monthly Contributions Reconciliation window.
- Click the Save button to save the change to the database.
