How do I view the job requirements attached to a job?

What are job requirements?

Job Requirements within Cintra iQ are used to record qualifications, while Competencies record the required skills associated to those Posts attached to the Job.
Either can be recorded as essential or not, and if marked as essential will flag up if the employee does not have the required qualification and/or competency.


You can only apply one Qualification and/or Competency to a Job. You can apply more than one qualification/competency to more than one post through Cintra iQ: Tools Training Requirements.

How do I view the requirements?

  1. Navigate to the Competencies and Qualifications tab in the Employee Training Requirements window. 
    Go to Cintra iQ: Tools> Training Requirements> Training Requirements - Employee                       
  2. Scroll to the desired employee. The Qualification/Competency's description is displayed.
  3. Scroll to the right of the employee's record to view their Post Title and Job Title.                           
  4. Continue to PrintSave and/or Retrieve more data.
