How do I set up a new user in Cintra iQ?

To set up a new user for Cintra iQ, please contact the Support team. They will assist you in completing the necessary actions.

Please provide the following information for the employee:

  • First name
  • Surname
  • User type
  • Security profile
  • Payroll access

Alternatively, if you want the new user to have the same account settings as an existing employee, please specify the employee's name.

Once we receive the necessary information, we will create a Cloud account for the new user. The username and password will be securely sent to you in a protected file, which you can then forward to the new user.
