The Organisation Chart in Cintra iQ is a dynamic, interactive mechanism that establishes your organisation structure in terms of Posts and their relationships, and hierarchical groups of Posts.
To edit the organisation units
via Unit Mgmt History button
- Navigate to the Organisation Chart window.
- Highlight the desired Organisation Unit.
- Click the Unit Mgmt Hist button. The Organisation Unit Management History form appears.
- Highlight the desired record in the Management History pane.
- Right-click: Open. The Edit Management History form opens.
- Make the desired change.
- Click the OK button.
via Post record
- Navigate to the Organisation Unit tab.
Go to Cintra iQ: Posts> Post Record> Post Details form - Select the desired Post in the Organisation Unit History record.
- Right-click: Open. The Edit Post Reporting form appears.
To print the organisation charts
- Navigate to the Select Communication Structures window.
- Go to Cintra iQ: Org Chart. The Organisation Chart window appears.
- Select the desired Org Chart.
- Click the Export button.
- Select the desired record from the Communication Structure pane.
- Click the desired Select option in the Communication Structure Tier pane.
- Click the Export button. The Communication Structure Export window appears.
- Click the Save button. The Save AS window appears.
- Continue to save the file as a .txt file.
