What are employee tasks?

Cintra iQ enables you to generate a Task list for a specific payroll period or individual employee. This ensures that all necessary tasks are completed for either the payroll or the employee. Additionally, it allows you to report on all tasks due for employees within a given Payroll Period.
 

How do I report on employee tasks due within a payroll period?

  1. Go to: Payroll > Payroll Tools > Payroll Reports > Payroll Period Employee Tasks Report
  2. Select the desired Payroll Payroll Period.
  3. Click the Next button. The Payroll Period Employee Task Report appears.
  4. Click the desired button to perform the action.

How do I report on employee tasks due within a date range?

  1. Go to: Tools> Employee Tasks Report. The Employee Tasks Report window appears.
     
  2. Enter the desired date range.
  3. Click the Run button. The Employee Task Report appears.
  4. Click the desired button to perform the action.
