How do I edit a loan repayment for the current period?

Within Cintra iQ, you can edit an employee's loan repayment amount for the current period via Payroll Period Input. The original amount is derived from the Loan Repayment  that was set up in Deductions. 
 

How do I edit the data?

  1. Navigate to the Loan Repayments tab in the employee's Payroll Period Input and Corrections window.
    Go to Cintra iQ: Employment record> Forms> Payroll Period Input
  2. Change the Input Amount.
  3. Click the OK button. The record is updated in the Loan Repayments tab.
  4. Recalculate the payslip. The loan deduction is now displayed on the Payslip.
