Within Cintra iQ, you can generate a report from one or more interfaces, which identifies any errors that were created when the interface file was imported into the system.  You will be able to see name of the interface, its file name, date processed, and date file was received.

Once you have acknowledge the error, it is removed from the report.

To generate the report

  1. Navigate to the Interface Definitions window.
Go to Cintra iQ: Tools> Interfaces.
  2. Click the Error Report button.
    The Interface Reporting window appears.
  3. Select the desired interface(s) to report on.
  4. Click the Next button. The Interface File Error Report appears.
  5. Acknowledge that you have reviewed the error(s) by selecting the checkbox next to the desired error record(s).
  6. Click the Apply button. A message appears stating: Acknowledgements Updated Successfully.
  7. Click the OK button. The error(s) is now removed from the report.
