Important:
Cintra Support are unable to reset employee passwords. To do so, please contact your HR/Payroll department.
Changing Your Password After Logging In:
To change your password in Cintra iQ, follow these steps:
- For Windows users: Press the Ctrl, Alt, and End keys together. For Mac users: Press Ctrl, Alt, fn, and End keys together.
- A menu will appear. Select "Change Password".
- You will be directed to the "Change a password" screen. Here, input your current Cintra iQ password.
- Enter your new desired password.
- Confirm the new password by entering it again.
- Finalize the process by clicking on the arrow to save your new password.
If You Forget Your Password
If you forget your password and need it reset:
- Your Cintra iQ System Administrator will be able to rest it for you, by navigating to System Administration ->Manage Users
- You will receive an email with a temporary password.
- When you log in with your temporary password you will be asked to change it.
