Where is the FBI file setup in employers?

Cintra iQ allows you to have more than one company (Employer) within a database. When creating a new Employer, you would enter the Main Details which are the contact details etc., enter the bank details HMRC payments are to come from, create the tax references and payrolls under each tax reference, flag if they are a small employer and record auto enrolment details such as staging date etc.
FBI schemes are set up in the HMRC File folders which can be found in System Administration> Manage File Folders> HMRC File Folders.

FBI Location in Employers

If there is a requirement for more than one file path because the company has multiple tax references and they require the information to be saved into separate folders, this can be done via the Scheme FBI Locations button in the PAYE Scheme settings within the Employer Definition window.
  1. Go to Cintra iQ: Payroll> Payroll Setup> Employer Setup. The Employer Definition window appears. 
  2. Select the desired Employer.
  3. Click the Open button. The Employer window appears.
  4. Navigate to the PAYE & Payrolls tab.
  5. Double-click the desired scheme in the PAYE Schemes pane.
  6. Click the Pay Scheme form appears.
  7. Click the Scheme FBI Locations button at the bottom of the form.
