How do I print payslips?

Once you have created your customised payslip and inserted any messages within Cintra iQ, you can print the payslip when required.  They can be printed to screen, on payslip stationary or on A4 paper.
 

How do I print payslips?

  1. Go to: Menu> Payroll> Payroll Tools> Paying Out> Payslip Print.
  2. Select the payroll you wish to print payslips for.
  3. Select the desired options.
  4. Click the Next button. The Payslip Print - Select Sort Order and Detail level dialog appears.
  5. Select the required sort sequence and whether you want to show summary or full detail on the employees’ payslips.

      Note:

    Full detail:  Where you have a payment heading that may have been used for more than one entry such as different dates or amounts, every entry will be displayed on the payslip.

  6. Click the Next button. The Payslip Print – Include records for… dialog appears. 
  7. Select the desired employee option. 
  8. Click the Next button. The Payslip Print - Selection Summary appears.
  9. Click the Run button. A Payslip Print message appears stating: Would you like to send your payslips directly to be printed by Cintra (Print and Seal)? 
  10. Click either of the following:
    1. Enter your Username and Password.
    2. Click the Next button. The Review Previous Submissions window appears.
    3. Select the desired payslip file.
    4. Click the Next button. The Upload print file to Cintra window appears and the file is uploaded to Cintra.
    5. Click the Next button. The Choose Logo window appears.
    6. Select a logo if desired.
    7. Click the Next button. The Confirmation window appears.
    8. Click the I confirm the above details are correct option.
    9. Click the Next button. The payslip files are sent to Cintra.

        Note:

      Click the Back arrow button to return to check the previous windows.

    • Save the payslips as individual PDFs.
    • Save the payslip to the desired location.
    • Send the payslip(s) to the desired printer.

        Note:

      In order to include a message on the payslip, the text box must be created via Definitions Reporting Define Payslip Custom Fields/Logos. For more information, see How Do I Customise Payslips? 

    • Send the payslips to Cintra as Print and Seal to print and despatch for you.
      • Yes: Displays the Cintra Data Transfer Client login window. You are taken to the Cintra Data Transfer Client Login window.
      • No: Displays the print view of the payslip. You have the option to perform the following:
