How do I report on performance management activity?

Once you have configured the Appraisal data and periods, and established the Appraisal records in Cintra iQ, you are then able to generate reports on your employees' performance activities.

To create the report

  1. Navigate to the PM- Activity Progress Report Settings form.
    Go to Cintra iQ: Tools> Performance Management> Activity Progress Report                                 
  2. Select the desired Appraisal Type from the drop-down list.
  3. Select the desired Appraisal Period from the drop-down list. 
  4. Select the desired Sort by option.
  5. Exclude Starters, if necessary.
  6. Exclude Leavers, if necessary.
  7. Click the Run Report button. 
  8. Continue to EmailSave and/or Print the report.
